Let’s prepare the delicious Marinated Malai Chicken Tikka and delight in the creamy textures and rich aromas of this recipe as we explore its tantalizing flavors.


  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/4 cup cashew paste (optional, for a richer flavor)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


  • For Marination:
    1. Combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.

    2. Mix well to create a smooth marinade.

    3. Add chicken cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated.

    4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • For Skewering and Grilling:
    1. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.

    2. Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
