Take a journey, with our Spicy Cheese Chicken Dragon dish. This unique recipe blends succulent chicken, bold spices and rich cheese, for a dining experience. Lets whip up this treat and introduce your palate to a burst of flavors!


  • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish


  • For Marination:
    – Combine chicken cubes with chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    – Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • For Sauteing:
    – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    – Saute minced garlic and chopped onion until translucent and fragrant.
    – Add sliced red and green bell peppers along with chopped green chilies.
    – Saute until peppers are tender yet crisp.
  • For Cooking:
    – Push sauteed vegetables to the side and add marinated chicken cubes.
    – Cook until browned and cooked through.
    – Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over cooked chicken and vegetables.
    – Cover skillet and let cheese melt into a creamy sauce.
  • for Garnishing and Serving:
    – Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
