Let’s embark on a flavorful journey with a refreshing twist! Today, we’re delving into the art of crafting a tantalizing Jal Jeera Mojito Cocktail. With a fusion of zesty jal jeera and classic mojito, this concoction promises a burst of summery delight. Let’s prepare to indulge!


  • 1 cup jal jeera concentrate

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 1/2 cup white rum

  • Soda water

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint sprigs for garnish


  • For the Base:
    – Crush the mint leaves and sugar in a cocktail shaker until the leaves give off their scent and the sugar dissolves.
  • For Adding:
    – Press the lime wedges into the shaker to get the juice out and throw in the wedges for an added burst of flavor.
    – Add the jal jeera concentrate, to the shaker then pour in the rum.
    – Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture and infuse all the flavors.
  • For Garnishing and Serving:
    – Strain the cocktail mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each glass with soda water for a fizzy finish.
    – Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing burst of flavors!


  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the white rum and increase the amount of soda water.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
  • Ensure the mint leaves are fresh for the best aroma and flavor.
