Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
12 mint leaves
4-5 black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup cold water
Sparkling water or plain water (to adjust consistency)
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Fresh mint leaves and pineapple chunks for garnish
Directions
- Spice Up the Blend:
First, roast cumin seeds and black peppercorns in a dry pan for 30 seconds over medium heat until aromatic. Grind them along with the ginger and mint leaves into a fine powder. - Juicy Tropical Twist:
